Member Management
With
the RallyCat system, people can automatically become members to the association using the online application and the e-commerce tool. Once the payment has been approved by an Administrator, the new member can edit their profile (which includes all pertinent contact information along with a photo), and will be listed in the online member directory.
Once the person is an official member, an integrated email system makes the membership renewal process quick and easy:
- Expiration of your membership is done automatically based on your organization's renewal schedule.
- As members apply or renew, an automatic email confirmation is sent.
- The system will automatically enable and disable website logins as members register and expire.
- A history log of membership status and renewal dates is available to view online or export to Excel at anytime.
The Member Management module also includes:
- Private members-only and board member-only areas for internal documents and notices.

Ecommerce Management

Online Donation
Process online donations quickly, easily, and securely using your organization's merchant account. This module allows for one-time giving or re-occurring donations, such as monthly. Administrator's can view or print real-time financial reports and all data can be exported to Excel.Catalogs
A Catalog + Shopping Cart system allow you to set up multiple options for your products and optionally specify additional costs for each option. Options can be previewed through an inline image gallery.Event Management

Email Management
RallyCat also comes pre-built with a useful Email Management tool. With the push of a few buttons, you can directly email all of your members. You can also:
- Create regular emails that can be scheduled to be sent on specific dates.
- Create custom email recipient group filters that will automatically select all members from the database that fit the set criteria, and send the email. Examples: all members living in Vancouver, all inactive members in Toronto, etc.
- Schedule the email, add attachments, add a graphic to the top of the email, or the bottom of the email. The email itself can be edited and formatted using a WYSIWYG editor.
- Allow members or the public to subscribe to subscriber lists, and then schedule and send emails to these subscription lists. (They may also create an arbitrary number of subscription lists).
- View reports of what emails were sent, and when they were sent.
- Customize emails with merge field capability.
