Software Upgrades

We are continually upgrading and improving the RallyCat feature set. RallyCat clients automatically receive regular software upgrades as new versions of the system are released. The upgrades include performance improvements, cosmetic and user-interface enhancements, and new features that have been requested by clients. New modules also make regular appearances, allowing whole new functions and tools to be implemented on your site if you decide they are useful to you.

Hosting & Back-ups

• RallyCat servers use dual-core Xeon processors and are standardized on Ubuntu Linux 6.06 LTS (Long Term Support)
• Servers are monitored 24/7 from two independent monitoring stations, with real-time alerts to RallyCat staff.  In the event of a problem, we can typically have a technician analyzing the situation within minutes, and if necessary be on-site within fifteen minutes during non-business hours.
• RallyCat servers are backed-up nightly, with redundant back-ups to two off-site locations, onto RAID fileservers.
• 24 X 7 Emergency IT support is provided.

Training & Documentation

Prior to launch, your staff will receive personalized training on the RallyCat system. Within 30 minutes of training, your team will be able to edit website content, manage member data, send emails and more! RallyCat also comes with a private support site, accessible only to RallyCat customers. The support site includes full documentation for the system, quick start visual tutorials for quick reference, a ticketing system and an interactive forum.
